Cheerleading Coach wins HEALTHY LIVING AWARD for promoting Children's Health in Southwark

Over the past three years, Southwark Tigers Cheerleaders have provided numerous Healthy Children's Projects and workshops - using cheerleading as a fun introduction to exercise and the promotion of healthier lifestyles.
Workshops have ranged from one day to six week projects aiming to encourage more daily exercise and information about healthy eating. In recognition of her work, Jenny St. John was awarded a Healthy Living Award in celebration of nominations for Women of Southwark : International Women's Day 2007
